Anna M. Penrose-Levig advises clients in estate and trust matters and assists clients with the creation and review of estate plans. Her practice includes estate planning, the probate of estates, and the non-probate post-mortem administration of living trusts.

Anna has been practicing law since 2003 and is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada. Prior to joining the Law Office of Emily J. Buchbinder, she worked at Penrose Chun & Gorman LLP in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, and litigation.  Her prior experience also includes the practice of administrative law as Assistant General Counsel to the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada, and handling entity formations and corporate transactional matters at Broad Counsel Partners in San Diego, California.

Anna is a former board member of the Women Lawyers of Santa Cruz County, and a graduate of UC Law San Francisco, and UC Santa Barbara. In her spare time, Anna enjoys practicing karate and hiking in the forest, creative pursuits like writing and singing, and spending time with her family, their dog Kitsune, and their cat Raccoon.
