Client Services Associate

Malia is the newest face at our front desk. She is committed to ensuring that every client has a positive experience. She manages our phones, schedules appointments, and prepares essential client folders for our attorneys. She is a dedicated, welcoming employee who takes pride in hard work. She has over seven years of customer service experience. Being born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, she has always enjoyed working with the community. Growing up, she happily volunteered for local organizations after school and for summer camp programs.  She has an associate's degree in criminal justice and is working on her bachelors in Apparel Design and Merchandising. She enjoys spending time outdoors, sewing, reading, and listening to music.
