Renée J. Conrad has been practicing law with a focus on estate planning (Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives) for more than twenty (20) years. She is also experienced in handling probate, trust and estate administration. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and received her Law Degree (J.D.) from Santa Clara University. Renée went on to earn a Master's Degree in Law (M.C.L.) at Tulane University. 

Known for a creative and solution-oriented approach, Renée believes in empowering clients by demystifying legal jargon and fostering understanding. She focuses on providing personalized, thoughtful guidance every step of the way. 

Beyond her legal skills, Renée is recognized for excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate sensitive family dynamics with professionalism and care.

Renée speaks fluent French and is a member of the Alliance Française and MENSA. She resides in Capitola with her two children and one Siamese cat.
